Emphyteutic lease
Contract for a period of between 18 and 99 years by which the lessor grants the lessee (leaseholder) a real property right (leasehold), subject to mortgage and which cannot be extended by tacit agreement. In terms of parking , such a contract may in particular relate to car parks under construction.
