Content of the missions
- estimate of the demand to be expected according to the program of the operation and the urban fabric in which it is inserted;
- evaluation of the technical and economic advantages according to the level of pooling and the planned construction method;
- design of the principle of access to buildings: location of the car park, shape, structure, access, etc.;
- drafting of an argument to explain the project to the local authority concerned;
- assistance in setting up the operation: benchmark showing the range of possibilities, assistance with discussions between partners, setting up scenarios, etc.;
- assistance in the transfer of land / Building Permits and Calls for Tenders for the operation of the works.
