Julien CAVAILLE

Julien holds a Master 2 “Urban planning and regional planning” from the Lyon . He acquired significant experience in road developments during 4 years of experience in local authorities (2011-2016).

Since his arrival at Sareco in 2016, he has carried out diverse missions: updating/defining parking policies for cities of all sizes, parking surveys, running workshops and consultation meetings, organizational audits of parking services and the management method, programming of parking in urban projects, etc.

He is also particularly involved in the theme of cycling : deployment strategy for the secure and unsecured parking offer, development of bicycle master plans, management of projects on road developments (cycle paths and lanes, two-way cycle routes, marking , installation of parking hoops, etc.), carrying out attendance surveys on greenways/Eurovéloroutes.
