Régis Berger holds a DUT in Physical Measurement, speaks English and Italian.

parking sector , including more than 15 years as Technical Director of DESIGNA France, and 7 years as Products and Solutions Manager for SKIDATA France.

He followed critical projects such as the changeover to the year 2000 and that to the Euro of more than 400 information systems, as well as the integration of parking in complex IT projects, such as the implementation of the regulation of Taxis with ADP in 2001, payment by bank and private cards on parking machines since 1993, or the first integration in France of license plate reading (LAPI) for access management in 2010 .

On the strength of this experience, he created the technical design office, Rex Pastore Consulting in 2014, and as a European technical expert in access control and innovative toll systems , he intervenes in AMO for technical audits or complex projects in France as well as in Italy, Belgium and Germany.

He chaired and led the Payment Commission of the FNMS (National Federation of Stationing Professions) from 2015 to the end of 2018.
