Les rencontres Bat’im Club « Habitat, mobilité et stationnement » se sont tenues le 14 novembre 2018 à Paris.
Éric Gantelet est intervenu aux sur le thème « Conception et programmation du stationnement à l’échelle d’un quartier - le cas des quartiers en renouvellement urbain ».
He developed Sareco's approach to parking management in urban renewal projects, which has been tested on numerous occasions in his studies, emphasizing the need for:

- to examine this issue not at the building level but at the neighborhood level by making a precise diagnosis of the existing situation

Enfin, Éric Gantelet a décrit l’économie du stationnement des logements sociaux. Celle-ci est structurellement déficitaire dès qu’on est en ouvrage : dans ce cadre agir pour diminuer le nombre de voitures possédées par les résidents est efficace financièrement y compris pour les bailleurs (possible mise en place de véhicules en autopartage par exemple).
