Sareco offers contracting authorities audits of the management of the parking, making it possible in particular to decide on the following points:

Does the operator or delegate keep your assets in good general condition?
Has everything necessary been done in terms of the safety of users or structures, and compliance with standards?
What improvements are possible, in terms of energy savings, operating savings, and durability?

We also evaluate the costs and benefits corresponding to the proposed arrangements.
The audit is generally carried out simultaneously on the technical, legal and financial aspects, with the support if necessary of experts from our network in each of the fields concerned.
