Parking the heart of urban issues
Sareco is a design office specializing in parking created in 1976 by Patrick CARLES and Jean DELCROIX , Civil Engineers of Bridges and Roads.
The founders thus invented parking engineering and applied it through numerous types of missions and interventions, reaching an unrivaled level of competence on this theme.
Parking has always been a strategic tool in the organization of travel and urban development. The urban function of parking nonetheless continues to evolve and expand. At the confluence of different forms of mobility, better integrated into the urban fabric, facilitated by new technologies, parking aims to meet new needs in terms of travel and mobility services: electric charging stations, mobility centers, stations car- sharing carpooling parks , park-and-ride facilities, bicycle lockers, etc.

Constant development at the service of our customers
Over the years, with the growing interest in the parking tool in the organization of travel and in urban planning, Sareco has grown in size: it now has around twenty engineers and has its own investigation cell.
Sareco has been based in Paris since 1976, the year of its creation. Then, to be closer to its customers:
- Lyon agency was founded in 2014 by Catherine SALVADORI .
- Rennes agency was founded in 2022 by Mickaël JOURNÉE .
