Sareco is a design office specializing in parking, created in 1976 by Patrick CARLES and Jean DELCROIXCivil engineers of the Bridges and Roads department.
The founders thus invented parking engineering, applied it through many types of missions and interventions, achieving an unparalleled level of expertise in this area.
Parking has always been a strategic tool in organizing travel and urban development. Nevertheless, the urban function of parking continues to evolve and expand. At the crossroads of different modes of transport, better integrated into the urban fabric, and facilitated by new technologies, parking aims to meet new needs in terms of travel and mobility services: electric charging stations, mobility hubs, and other parking facilitiescarsharingparks of carpoolingpark and ride facilities, bicycle storage facilities…

Constant development in service of our clients
Over the years, with the growing interest in parking as a tool for organizing travel and urban planning, Sareco has expanded: it now has around twenty engineers and its own investigation unit.
Sareco has been based in Paris since its founding in 1976. Then, to be closer to its clients:
