Mickaël JOURNÉE
Mickaël est titulaire d’un Master « Urbanisme, Aménagement et Transport », spécialité « Villes durables », obtenu à l’Institut Français d'Urbanisme. Mickaël a rejoint Sareco en 2011 après des expériences au CNRS et à la SAFER.
Il réalise tous types d’études en lien avec le stationnement : définition des politiques de stationnement à l’échelle d’un quartier ou d’une ville, programmation du stationnement dans le cadre de grands projets urbains, analyses financières de projets de parkings, etc.
Il a en particulier conduit de très nombreuses missions d’assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage pour la passation de contrats d’exploitation de stationnement payant.
He has since worked on the following topics in particular:
- Project Management Assistance for Public Service Delegations and Contracts: preparation of technical and financial documents, analysis of offers, negotiations, etc.
- Definition of parking plans: parking policy, zoning, tariff, communication (public meetings in particular),
- Assessment of parking demand and legal arrangements for ZAC parking lots.
He also participates in the organization of training on the pooling of parking and has given conferences in Master of planning.
