Mickaël JOURNÉE
Mickaël holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning, Development, and Transportation, specializing in Sustainable Cities, from the French Institute of Urban Planning. He joined Sareco in 2011 after working at the CNRS (French National Centre for Scientific Research) and SAFER (French Land Development and Rural Settlement Agency).
He conducts all types of studies related to parking : defining parking policies at the neighborhood or city level, planning parking within major urban projects, performing financial analyses of parking projects, and more.
In particular, he has led numerous project management support missions for awarding paid parking operation contracts.
He has since worked on the following topics in particular:
- Project Management Assistance for Public Service Delegations and Contracts: preparation of technical and financial documents, analysis of offers, negotiations, etc.
- Definition of parking plans: parking policy, zoning, tariff, communication (public meetings in particular),
- Assessment of parking demand and legal arrangements for ZAC parking lots.
He also participates in the organization of training on the pooling of parking and has given conferences in Master of planning.
