Mickaël JOURNÉE
Mickaël holds a Master's degree in "Town planning, development and transport", specializing in "Sustainable cities", obtained at the French Institute of Urban Planning.
Mickaël joined Sareco in 2011 after experiences at CNRS and SAFER. It carries out all types of studies related to parking : definition of parking policies at the scale of a district or a city, programming of parking within the framework of large urban projects, financial analyzes of parking projects, etc
In particular, he has conducted a large number of project management assistance missions for the signing of paid parking operating contracts.
He has since worked on the following topics in particular:
- Project Management Assistance for Public Service Delegations and Contracts: preparation of technical and financial documents, analysis of offers, negotiations, etc.
- Definition of parking plans: parking policy, zoning, tariff, communication (public meetings in particular),
- Assessment of parking demand and legal arrangements for ZAC parking lots.
He also participates in the organization of training on the pooling of parking and has given conferences in Master of planning.
