expert Jean DELCROIX trained as a Civil Engineer of Bridges and Roads (Paris). He has been a parking consultant since 1969. He was President of the National Federation of Parking Trades.
 
He occasionally provides support as an expert to Sareco, particularly on the themes of technical feasibility of creating parking lots, having extensive experience on this theme. He has designed projects representing more than 200,000 parking spaces, including the Tête Défense car park (7,000 spaces).
