Make the Games an accelerator of the new urban model of 2030

By providing concrete responses to today's international challenges: climate, biodiversity, natural resources, social and societal changes. This is the ambition set by SOLIDEO , in charge of project management and supervision of all the development operations necessary for the staging of the Games.

To meet this challenge, it chose the HYSPLEX group

Composed of the study and consultancy offices " Another city " (agent), Amoès, Elioth and Trans-Faire, as well as around twenty thematic experts.
The various ongoing support missions are part of a 2-year framework agreement (2018-2020) renewable 4 times for a 1-year period.
