The parking lot of the river eco-district of L'Ile-Saint-Denis

With a capacity of approximately 250 spaces for motorized vehicles , the mobility hub brings together all the parking spaces from the first phase of the district. It also includes a storage area bicycle secure , charging stations for electric vehicles, a tire inflation station, a car-sharing service , etc.

To facilitate the delivery and storage of goods for future residents, the building includes a raised ground floor, a storage area, and self-service shopping carts. It also features a community space and commercial premises for social and solidarity economy enterprises. Finally, it incorporates an artwork based on variations of colored lighting, visible from the public space.

In 2012-2013, Sareco assisted SEM Plaine Commune in defining, sizing, and assembling the mobility hubs for the riverfront eco-district of L'Île-Saint-Denis.
