Founded in 2015 in Montpellier, theEXM architects agency deploys its expertise across a broad spectrum, ranging from urban planning to development details.

Its strength lies in a multidisciplinary approach, combining knowledge, practices and scales, to offer fair and appropriate answers for each context.

Drawing on its dual expertise in architecture and urban planning, and several projects completed in the field of mobility, EXM has developed a strong expertise in the construction of parkingWhether they are underground or in silos, new, rehabilitated, rebuilt, reorganized, etc., EXM's cross-cutting approach allows the agency to quickly grasp the challenges of an infrastructure project and to propose solution scenarios consistent with the project's objectives and always adapted to the context.

EXM agency was the lead contractor for the consortium responsible for converting the Comédie tunnel in Montpellier (34) into a cycle path, including the renovation of the adjacent parking lot. It has also collaborated extensively with TAM (Montpellier's public transport company) on new mobility projects. EXM and Sareco have jointly completed several complex parking infrastructure projects in urban environments, facing significant spatial and structural constraints, as well as challenges related to specific uses, strong political demands, and other factors.
