The reform of paid parking as seen by Ile-de-France Mobilités

The PDUIF tariff recommendations for on-street paid parking , including post-parking fee (FPS) .

To revitalize the PDUIF (Regional Urban Mobility Plan for Île-de-France), Île-de-France Mobilités (formerly STIF) is developing a roadmap for the years 2017 to 2020. This roadmap will serve as a framework document for all mobility stakeholders. It will reinforce the actions initially included in the PDUIF, which will be continued, strengthened, or adapted.

In this context, Sareco assisted Île-de-France Mobilités in defining recommendations regarding on-street parking regulations. These recommendations are part of the specific context of the decentralization anddecriminalization reform of paid parking, which will come into effect on January 1^, 2018.

These recommendations aim to:

• to promote more sustainable mobility and improve the functioning of public spaces, through the development of paid parking
• to achieve greater territorial coherence by proposing minimum reference tariffs based on territory types and regulations
• to assist local authorities in developing their parking policies and implementing the reform
