Decriminalization of parking

Legal framework for parking, whereby the legislature has changed the status of the penalty for non-compliance with on-street parking rules from a criminal offense (first-category violation⁾ to a local post-parking fee ( Article 63 of the Law of 27 January 2014 on the modernization of territorial public action and the strengthening of metropolitan areas - MAPTAM).
