Chloé holds a Diploma in Urban Engineering in the Planning, Mobility, Transport sector from the University of Technology of Compiègne (2024).

After several experiences in transport and mobility consulting firms, including an initial collaboration with Sareco, she now works on various parking :

  • Estimating parking demand in urban redevelopment projects
  • Recommendations for parking policy at the neighborhood level
  • Studies on the sizing of parking supply in urban development zones
  • Project management assistance for the analysis and evaluation of public service delegation for parking in structures and/or on public roads.


She is also proficient in QGIS and Illustrator mapping software.
