Thierry DELVAUX

Thierry works on various themes related to parking: parking policies (France and Belgium), urban development operations, diagnosis of technical and economic opportunity or feasibility, assistance to project management for the award of DSP, training, experiments, etc.

Accustomed to providing training on parking and parking surveys , since 2020 he has participated in work aimed at establishing the regulatory and normative framework for the opening of parking data, in application of the Orientation Law for Mobility.

In 2009, after already 10 years of study experience including the cycling , he set up a specific cycling activity within Sareco and is its referent.

In particular, he developed the interministerial guide Bicycle parking in private spaces: dimensions and characteristics (2013). A daily cyclist (16 km/day), Thierry was president of the Ile-de-France association M ieux se Déplacer à B icyclette (>1000 members, member of the National Federation of Bicycle Users).
