Content of the missions
- accurately assess parking demand and its evolution;
- audit car park management and optimize parking resources, for example by making it possible to pool spaces with other uses at certain times of the week or year;
- assist the manager (project management assistance mission) to:
- outsourcing the management of works in the form of service contracts or leases,
- the implementation or renewal of staking instead,
- the deployment of charging stations for electric vehicles,
