Urban Mobility Plan (PDU)

Urban Mobility Plans (PDU) are all measures taken at the metropolitan level to reduce air pollution through better organization of the movement of people and goods. Parking is a key element in this. PDUs were introduced by the Law on the Orientation of Domestic Transport ( LOTI - 1982) and are regulated by the Law on Solidarity and Urban Renewal ( SRU - 2000).
