Mandatory Prior Administrative Appeal (RAPO)

The recipient of a parking ticket who disputes its existence or amount must first seek an amicable agreement with the issuing authority by filing an administrative appeal. This appeal can be filed before or after payment of the ticket. It is a mandatory prerequisite to any potential referral to the CCSP ().
